For the Feast of Tabernacles “The Church of God International” will be meeting at The Branson Hillside Hotel and Theater and is located just south of the famous 76 Branson Strip and three miles from Table Rock Dam. It’s a beautiful facility that makes you feel like you are out by yourself in the country. Believe it or not it has level parking and plenty of it which is hard to come by in the Ozark hills. The 2026 Feast is from September 26^th to October 2^nd, last Great day/Eighth day October 3^rd.

The hotel entrance and front desk is located on the North side of the Hotel and is available 24 hours a day. The hotel offers free Wi-Fi use, laundry facilities on site, an outdoor swimming pool and benches available for bird watching. The hotel is made for families as there is a great playground area for children. There’s a patio with table and chairs that you can sit and watch the mini golf course players right outside the meeting room. The Hotel also offers corn hole and ring toss games that can be checked out at the front desk along with the equipment for the mini golf course.

We will be meeting in the Stage Door Meeting Room which is located next to the breakfast area and restaurant. You can walk from your room or if you are handicapped there is handicapped parking on the west side of the building near the Theater entrance. We will have signs or a volunteer to direct you to the meeting room.

Along with your hotel stay you will be given “two vouchers” for breakfast for each day of stay which is included with the price of the room. If there are more than two in a room then the price of breakfast is $8.95 for each person over 12 years of age.  The breakfast price for children under 12 will be $7.95 per child.

Breakfast includes:

The buffet serves two types of scrambled eggs, one plain and one with vegetables, turkey bacon, turkey sausage, biscuits, white gravy, potatoes, fruit and yogurt. Some days they will alternate potatoes for pancakes. There will be no pork on the menu to worry about.

Breakfast is served between 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The Hotel also offers complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate throughout the day in the Hotel Lobby. Breakfast will be finished by time services start at 11:00 AM.

All Hotel Rooms are priced at $118 + Tax a night (It may only be the 4% tourist tax!)

Standard King: Comes with a Chair and Ottoman, Desk and chair, Coffee Maker and Mini Fridge

Premium King: Extra spacious room with Chair and Ottoman, Desk and chair, Coffee Maker and Mini Fridge

King: Comes with a Sleeper Sofa, Desk and chair, Coffee Maker and Mini Fridge

There is a microwave and ice machine in the common areas of the Hotel for your use. The Hotel also has a small market store in the lobby area stocked with essentials. If you need an afternoon snack or have those late-night cravings the store is available in the lobby 24/7.

There is also a restaurant on site called the Stage Door.  If you don’t feel like driving and getting out you can have your meal at the restaurant, fellowship at the meeting room and then retire to your room.

Registration for the meals is necessary because we have to let them know 20 days in advance a firm number in order for them to prepare the meals. Failure to help us by registering will make it impossible to purchase the proper number of meals.
