Immediate Action Required –

Due to unusual circumstances, we have had to relocate the 2026 Feast Site for Branson, Missouri.

We made this move to benefit all who are attending this year’s FOT and feel that it will allow all who attend to have a better experience at this year’s Feast of Tabernacles.

The original location was at the Branson Hillside Hotel! We always have a plan “B” just in case something unexpected happens, so we were prepared to move if the need arose, and it did. We are fortunate in that we have a plan “B” as one of the Churches of God lost their Feast site location because of the site being closed.

The new location will be at the Grand Plaza Hotel and Conference, still in Branson and the address is 245 N. Wildwood Dr., Branson, Missouri 65616.

The facility is under new ownership and has been remodeled. The new owners have done a beautiful job on updating the hotel and decor. If there are any special needs just let the hotel know and they will accommodate you if they can. They are wonderful to work with!

You will need to do two things if you booked a room or rooms at the Branson Hillside Hotel.

First you need to call 417-751-0395, that is the Branson Hillside Hotel main number, tell them that you need to cancel your reservation because the meeting location has changed. There should be no charge since we are giving them this much notice. They did not make any charges to our credit cards when we booked our rooms so this should be easy. You can still stay there if you want but the price may be higher!

Second, you will need to make a new reservation through the link below for Grand Plaza Hotel. Do not call the Hotel unless you have to. If you do then call 417-336-6646 use the CODE: “CHURCH OF GOD”, 8-day Church meeting and give them the dates you would like to book. It creates more work for them by calling in. Please use the link below.

The room rate is much better, instead of the $118.00 a day it will be $104.00 a day for the Double Queen Room. The King Suite has a sofa at $114.00. They also have what they call a Family Suite which is two joining rooms for $149.00 and there is a King Suite with Jacuzzi for $124.00. All have breakfast included and only the 4% Tourist tax instead of the usual 12%. They also have a Double Queen ADA Handicap Compliant rooms available for $104.00.

There will be no need to go outside at the new location to get to the meeting room now, as the hotel and meeting room are in the same building. The meeting room is the top floor, 9^th floor, and has a spectacular view of Branson. Please do not delay in making the change to your room reservations as certain rooms are limited!

We have blocked 40 rooms until August 25, 2026. We can extend the room block if necessary.
